Our journey together: Intentional, dignified, and caring
I’m a certified End-of-Life Doula with a focus on education, legacy work, and compassionate support for individuals and families navigating the end-of-life journey. My work is rooted in the belief that death is not something to fear or avoid, but something we can approach with intention, dignity, and care.
I’m passionate about creating spaces where conversations around death and grief feel more accessible, less overwhelming, and deeply human. Whether I’m supporting someone in planning ahead, holding space for a caregiver, or guiding legacy work, my role is simple: to walk alongside you with presence, respect, and compassion.

My background: A blend of experience and empathy
I am the widow of the most wonderful man, a mom of three incredible grown sons, and a grandma to four amazing humans. I am also a reiki energy practitioner and a wellness advocate with many years of experience in the wellness space and with aromatherapy.
I am passionate about social justice and have a sliding scale for those who need support but may not have the resources. My diverse experiences allow me to offer a holistic and empathetic approach to end-of-life care.

Compassion forged through personal experience
My compassion is deeply rooted from personal experience. In a span of five short years, I lost two very close friends, the love of my life, my mom, my mother-in-law, and one of my anchors who supported me through so much, my sweet sister-in-law.
Even though I had an amazing support system, having the support of an incredible end-of-life doula was invaluable to me and to my husband. After a long grief journey, she encouraged me to become certified to be a light in the darkness for others like she was for me.
